An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced retail leader to join our store as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide exceptional leadership, set high standards for the store, and inspire the team to achieve these goals. You will take ownership of the customer experience, driving satisfaction and increasing brand loyalty through outstanding operational and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, induct, train, and develop employees in alignment with the company’s training requirements.
* Create and manage staff schedules.
* Oversee deliveries, perform order matching, and handle daily banking tasks.
* Prepare required paperwork related to stock, sales, employee payroll, and timesheets.
* Manage cash balances effectively and minimise wastage.
* Ensure 100% compliance with company and council guidelines.
* Conduct inventory management, stock control, and weekly stock-taking with detailed reporting.
* Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify opportunities for business improvement.
* Undertake housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
* Implement in-store marketing materials in line with ongoing campaigns.
* Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury and maintain a secure work environment for both employees and customers.
* Foster and promote a culture of high-level customer service among employees.
* Handle escalated and unresolved customer complaints professionally.
* Deliver exceptional service in all customer interactions, including sales, product inquiries, and catering to customer needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A graduation degree with significant relevant experience, or an A-level (or equivalent qualification) with 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector.
* Strong networking, recruitment, training, and talent development skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: £38,700.00-£39,500.00 per year
