We are seeking a passionate and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to join the IT Service Management Team at St James's Place. As a ServiceNow Administrator the main purpose of the role is to work in the ServiceNow Practice team to help administer and manage solutions developed on the ServiceNow Platform. You will work in the team to ensure that the business readiness activities including, development, testing, and user training are delivered efficiently before solutions are put into production. You will work in the ServiceNow Practice team to administer and develop the solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Day to day operational support of the ServiceNow platform including morning checks, incident resolution, and request fulfilment. Supporting the ServiceNow practice team during Platform Upgrades, ensuring that all the services are fully functional on all available environments after the upgrade. Facilitation of MI & Reporting Outputs for Technology Operations teams. Supporting and coordinating the ongoing demand for training and knowledge share of the ServiceNow platform solutions. Managing and contributing to the Service Catalog, user & group administration, and configuring record categorisation. Who are we looking for? Basic understanding of the ServiceNow Platform. Awareness of concepts regarding tables, tasks, data sources and dependencies. An understanding of various classes within CMDB and relationships in ServiceNow(Data imports, CI's, assets, IRE, applications, datastores etc.) Experience supporting workshops and partners with the ability to work independently. Exposure to an Agile environment. Knowledge of ITIL/Service Management/IT Operations or experience in Application support. A foundation in IT support, including practical experience in troubleshooting Issues, providing user assistance, and managing support requests. Certified ServiceNow Administrator
