Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist - Scottish Power (door-to-door & venues)

Join our dynamic team as a B2C sales representative for Scottish Power, where you'll play a key role in promoting and signing up customers for our energy services both in high-traffic venues and through door-to-door sales.
Tasks
• Engage with potential customers in venues (such as shopping centres, retail outlets, and events) and in residential areas through door-to-door sales.
• Clearly explain the benefits of switching to Scottish Power’s energy services. Guide customers through the sign-up process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Stay informed about Scottish Power’s energy products, offers, and policies to address customer questions confidently.Requirements
• Previous experience (2 years+) in a face-to-face role is compulsory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in both venue-based and door-to-door environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driver's license is preferred but not essential.Benefits
