Assistant Principle/ Inclusion Lead

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £75,803 - £82,780 per annum

About the Role:
As the Inclusion Lead, you will:
✔️ Develop and lead our inclusion strategy to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and achieves great outcomes.
✔️ Chair triangulation meetings to implement timely and effective interventions for students.
✔️ Monitor and review the quality of interventions, aiming to reduce suspensions and support success.
✔️ Lead the attendance team, addressing barriers to attendance and promoting high attendance rates.
✔️ Establish our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), developing approaches to personal, social, and academic development.
✔️ Oversee assessment and data tracking for students in the SRP, reporting to senior leadership and the governing body.
✔️ Implement a whole-school approach to SEND, ensuring effective support for all pupils.
