Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and identify candidates for various roles. CV searching Create and post job advertisements across advertising platforms. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Handle recruitment-related calls and candidate inquiries. Perform compliance checks to ensure candidates meet regulatory standards. Effectively utilize internal and external recruitment systems. Manage and organize documentation throughout the recruitment process. Create and consolidate weekly recruitment plans. Liaise with clients providing support and information where necessary. Check candidate availability. Placement of candidates into suitable and available opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication and numeracy skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong planning capabilities. Ability to work effectively, as an individual or as part of a team, under pressure. Efficient time management skills to ensure timely task completion.
