* Support and coach the team to ensure they reach their potential in both the shop and kitchen
* Support the training pathways to ensure training happens on time

* Ensure the Coffee Calling System is followed efficiently
* Ensure all Marketplace orders are prepared promptly and accurately
DELICIOUS FOOD AND DRINK
* Ensure the team consistently delivers delicious food by following the 6 Key Points of Production
* Follow the 11-Step Production Process to guarantee customer safety and accurate, fresh products
* Prioritize customer needs without compromising quality or freshness
* Use and follow How to Cards consistently to meet Pret standards
* Carry out successful Line Checks and implement improvements as needed
* Avoid displaying Made to Sell (MTS) rejects in Langars
* Develop the team’s knowledge about food and coffee quality
* Ensure Barista Prepared Drinks are made consistently to a high standard
* Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards diligently
* Monitor and record safety checks accurately
* Take immediate corrective actions on issues affecting customers, team, or sales
* Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition
* Proactively monitor standards through MBWA, seeing the shop through customers’ eyes
* Report and escalate quality issues promptly
* Maximize sales, labor efficiency, and profit via the Big 4 (Forecasting, Rota, Ordering & Production)
* Order accurately according to business needs
* Monitor and follow up on Mystery Shopper requirements
* Control stock effectively following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted
* Adhere to Pret’s Financial Standards to minimize risks and ensure team safety
* Follow merchandising guidelines and utilize marketing to drive sales
