1. Scheduling labour in line with a budget
2. Cost-efficient stock control and ordering
3. Coaching and developing your team to be the best
4. Ensuring the highest levels of customer service at all times
5. Controlling P&L accounts and reviewing financial reports
6. Overseeing recruitment, appraisals, performance management and action plans.
7. Ensuring that the restaurant provides a safe environment for both staff and customers
