Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and eager to lead a growing software team? We’re looking for a dynamic Agile Delivery Manager to join a global software house going through a period of change and growth.
About the Role: As the Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the software development process, managing and coaching an existing and well-established team. You’ll drive agile process maturity and play a crucial role in shaping the software delivery landscape.
Some of your responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of software and test engineers
2. Foster team growth in both soft skills and technical abilities
3. Implement and refine agile/lean tools and techniques
4. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature inceptions
5. Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
6. Proactively resolve blockers and support effective team working
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven track record in managing cross-functional technical teams
2. Strong leadership and people management skills
3. Project management skills
4. Extensive commercial experience in agile environments
5. Experience as a Scrum Master
6. Ability to support and guide product management
Any formal Agile training will be preferred as well as JIRA and/or DevOps.
