Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven sales team member to help drive forward our B2B Sales. In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with intermediary partners. The role will be present in our vibrant office space in Bournemouth.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and expand relationships with existing intermediaries.
2. Make outbound calls to potential intermediary partners to introduce our products, services and explain how Catalyst can assist borrowers seeking specialist bridging finance.
3. Identify customer needs and present those requirements to Internal Business Development Managers.
4. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and intermediary interactions via a CRM platform.
5. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products to effectively market and sell to potential intermediary partners.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Experience with CRM software preferred but training will be given.
5. Enjoys speaking with people on the phone and has a confident telephone manner.
