* Greetgueststovariouslocationinthespa,ensurethecleanlinessoftreatmentroom,handleguestenquiries,recommendandarrangeamenitiesfortheguests,andrunerrandsasnecessary.
* Anticipatecustomerneedsandexpectationscorrectly,includingthosewithspecialneeds,andprovideappropriateproducts,services,orinformation.
* Recognizecustomerdissatisfactionpromptlyandtakeactiontoresolvethesituationaccordingtoindividuallevelofresponsibilityandcomplaintprocedures.Informthemanagersasnecessary.
