Joint Operations Director role requires strategic leadership to deliver outstanding services to patients, ensuring compliance and freedom within boundaries to support innovation and empower team members.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic leadership to operational staff to ensure delivery against strategic objectives
* Ensuring the right balance between compliance and freedom within boundaries to support innovation and empower team members
* Building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Care Quality Commission (CQC)
* Communicating complex and sensitive information clearly, especially where there are barriers to understanding
The role offers a competitive salary of £95,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata), rising to 27 days with length of service, and access to a wide range of employee benefits.
