We are looking to add to our senior team and as a result a new and exciting role has become available for a Regional Manager within the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a number of care homes within a specific geographical remit. Your role will be to manage and support home managers and help deliver excellent leadership and care to staff and residents. Part of this role will be to coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified. As Regional Manager you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the service delivery in our homes, assisting where required, those homes who need that additional support. You will be part of a supportive team of 3 other regional managers with a wealth of experience within the sector.
