We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide immediate cover as Sales & Operations Administrator for 12 months within our small and enthusiastic team at The Last Drop Distillers of London.
The role involves supporting the sales team by processing orders and arranging despatches, maintaining diligent sales documentation, live sales & order status reporting, new customer account set up & management, and product sample management and fulfilment.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for stock management of warehoused finished goods, accurate SKU and Stockroom set up for finished goods, product sample management towards customers and fulfilment processes, sales & marketing material management, flexible event support across event planning, tasting liquid & materials, etc., management of email enquiries inbox, general administrative support for the company, liaison and integration with our parent company, Sazerac UK, team meetings, minute-taking and distribution, etc., and maintain office supplies, equipment and organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and have an analytical thinker who can understand and manipulate data. An interest in the luxury sector would be an advantage, as would a flair for hospitality and the drinks industry.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on the location in southwest London and the requirements of the role.
