What you’ll do:
As the Senior Manager for Retail FM, Europe, you will be responsible for providing safe, well maintained, clean and compliant stores for our consumers to visit and workplaces for our retail teams to work in. You’ll manage contractors to ensure first class service delivery, offering best value and you’ll build and maintain great relationships with retail colleagues at all levels of the company. You’ll manage reporting on contractor performance and ensure they meet their Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, working with a continuous improvement and best value mindset. You will plan and manage budgets and cost control for all services, provide regular financial reports and updates to retail colleagues. You’ll have local Facility Management support in each country who you will work closely with to provide a local service to the retail teams.
Regular travel required across Europe (approximately every 2 months).
Skills you’ll need:
* Minimum 7 years working experience in managing Facility Management supply partners across multi-site locations, preferably in a retail setting, working with different international cultures.
* Very good English, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders, using excellent communication skills including impactful presentation and influencing skills.
* Tender production, management and supplier selection and contract mobilisation.
* Proven contractor management skills.
We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
