The Team
The role works within the Quality Team who work across college and are responsible for all aspects of quality improvement and related activities, for example teaching, learning and assessment, stakeholder feedback, complaints and internal and external quality assurance.
The Role
This role is working within the Quality Team, supporting the Assistant Principal Teaching, Learning and Quality and the wider Quality Team in developing and implementing all aspects of the team’s functions around quality improvement and related activities.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Ability to work accurately, flexibly and to tight deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders including senior managers, teachers, students and externals such as awarding organisations.
* Proven experience of strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
