The Role
Part time, 20 to 25 hours per week.
A brand new opportunity with a small but established and growing business that is now seeking additional support. You will contribute to the Process, People, and Culture initiatives by supporting their administration work and employees.
Assisting the Customer Services Manager and the Chief Operations Officer, this is a key role in supporting all business processes and assisting with forming and promoting best practices, as well as general administration support.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with the maintenance of project management data.
2. Assisting account managers with project management processes.
3. Assisting with the invoicing process.
4. Ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
5. Providing general administration support to colleagues as required.
6. Maintaining records for staff leave: annual, sick, parental, etc.
7. Receiving incoming visitors in person, by phone, or email, and establishing good working relationships.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in administrative processes.
2. Engaging and confident telephone manner including excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
3. Excellent note-taking skills with the ability to capture information at speed.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Strong all-around administration skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
£13.50 per hour, 20 to 25 hours per week.
Based in Cheltenham. Monday and Thursday MUST be in the office; remaining hours can be worked remotely.
