Location: Wirral Full Time Hours: (37.5 hours per week Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience About us: Wirral Ways provides recovery support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments. The Role: As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services on Wirral. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting individuals from the moment they join our service and guiding them throughout their journey of treatment and recovery. Offering screening, assessment, and personalised recovery planning, along with onward referrals for further support. Collaborating with each individual to facilitate social (re)integration, empowering them to lead meaningful lives, emphasising recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination. Supporting specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users. Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including Court/police and probation. About You: To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who: Possess an understanding of substance misuse and relevant experience in this field or a related area. Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with proficient IT skills. Are supportive team players with robust interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
