Role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (B2B) who can understand the product nuances that exist by market, and partner closely with country marketing partners to leverage market insights to deliver impactful positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our range of products globally. You will also be responsible for ensuring all of our product related content on owned channels (web, lifecycle) is accurate and up to date, supporting any product deprecations that happen across your markets. You will partner across Marketing, Product, GTM, Sales, and support teams to drive revenue growth and build the clients brand across the world. The key markets you will cover will include MX, BR, IT, NL, BE, FR, CA, IE & AU.
This person will be the expert on how our employer products operate in each geography, and work closely with central and local teams and execute high impact go to market campaign strategies. You will play a key role in driving globally.
You:
We are looking for a B2B expert who has many years of experience in the following:
* Product: You will understand all product roadmaps for employer products globally. Review all new product enhancements, and ensure local market content reflects these changes. You will document and maintain documentation of all products and features that are live across each market. You will own product content across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc, working with local partners to evolve this content into compelling storytelling. Gain alignment on new and updated messaging with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Brand, GTM, UX, Strategy, and others).
* Positioning and Messaging: Leveraging market and competitor insights from central teams, country marketing and other local partners, you will clearly articulate the value of Indeed’s products in a way that resonates in each market. Partnering with local market teams, you will use customer insights and needs, validated via research to inform your product positioning, messaging and narratives.
* Go To Market: Manage end-to-end execution of product launches, collaborating with cross-functional partners for support on key deliverables. Build product communications for all internal launches. Build campaign analytics to measure success and adapt approaches according to learnings. Provide feedback loop on the product roadmap using market and customer insights. Understand and support sales channels through training content and in-field assets like one-pagers, talk tracks, product demos, data claims, case studies, etc.
* Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, GTM, and Customer Success teams (global and local). Promote the voice of the customer. Position Indeed as a thought leader. Influence product roadmaps through customer insights and building business cases.
The ideal candidate has:
* Experienced marketer with a deep understanding of product marketing, integrating insights into go-to-market strategies and tactics
* Takes initiative and is fully accountable for their work but will ask for help as needed. Critical thinker who has a point of view and challenges norms through insights
* Experienced project manager with ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Excellent customer advocate who uses data to make informed recommendations. Builds trusting relationships and works effectively across local and global teams
* Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Balances high-level strategy and tactical execution
* Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape. Analytical mindset and attention to detail
* 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing function
