Working across various industries, they provide state-of-the-art BMS services including design, installation, maintenance, and energy management. Due to continuous expansion, they're looking for a skilled BMS Engineer to join the team and support projects across London.
You will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of their clients' BMS systems. You'll work in a mobile capacity across London, attending client sites to deliver essential services.
This is a hands-on role for a professional with proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and installing Trend and Tridium BMS systems. Your work will directly contribute to helping clients meet their energy goals while maintaining comfort and safety across their facilities.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
1. Carry out maintenance, service, and installation of Trend and Tridium BMS systems across client sites in London.
2. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on BMS hardware and software.
3. Manage small project installations, upgrades, and system configurations to meet client specifications.
4. Work with other engineers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
5. Provide technical support and training to clients, as well as advice on system optimization and energy management.
6. Ensure all work is compliant with safety standards and documentation requirements.
The ideal applicant will possess:
1. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Trend and Tridium BMS systems.
2. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of BMS servicing, maintenance, and installation.
3. Certifications: Relevant BMS, electrical, or engineering certifications are a plus.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Mobility: Full UK driving license and willingness to work across multiple sites in London.
The successful applicant can expect to receive:
