The role In this role you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the Royal Navy Training Design Service. As the Business Support Administrator, you’ll support the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver learning that is blended, active and provides customer delight. Key Responsibilities: To provide exceptional customer service on behalf of the Business Support Team to all internal and external customers. Responsible for the co-ordination of meetings, and the maintenance and resolution of all administrative tasks associated. Accurately document meeting minutes, capturing communication and accountability. Responsible for maintaining support processes across the wider business, offering assistance where needed. Co-ordination and support of new colleague induction needs. Supporting visitors to site, processing documentation and escorting around site. Support in compiling data information and reports where required. • Provide general administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day activities, keeping accurate records and proactively communicating with all key stakeholders. Manage office supplies ordering. Support with the organisation of events, workshops, and meetings. Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them appropriately. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally to positively contribute towards training transformation. Adhering to the Quality Assurance procedures and standards. Responsible for the continuous professional development of yourself. Employees are responsible for their own Health and Safety and that of work colleagues and customers. Follow security standards and system requirements to protect data and ensure smooth operations. Any other duties required to complete the Integrated Training Design Service. Essential: The Business Support Administrator will: Demonstrate previous experience in a business support environment. Demonstrate a passion for excellent collaboration, communication, customer service and be adept at building strong relationships. Demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for quality and be able to plan and multitask. Adopt a flexible approach to the role, adapting to evolving priorities. Work well in a team and on own initiative. Demonstrate excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines. Demonstrate excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office and in house systems.
