Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and customers during the pre-sales phase, then with our customers post-agreement, to ensure the smooth implementation of our software solutions for clients. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the implementation process, working directly with customers, and ensuring successful integration within their environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and customers, to understand technical requirements and scope of implementation projects.
* Lead the technical onboarding and configuration of our software for new clients.
* Assist in the deployment of authentication and authorisation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other security-related frameworks.
* Assist customers to manage potentially complex user provisioning, data loading, and integration tasks, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers during implementation and initial rollout, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
* Work closely with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any technical issues.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting customer expectations and company quality standards.
* Provide implementation sessions, demonstrations and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders on technical implementations.
Skills & Experience
* Strong technical background, with experience in identity and access management (IAM) including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
* Solid understanding of user provisioning, directory services (LDAP, SCIM), and data loading processes.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking principles.
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a methodical and efficient manner.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent project management and time management skills to handle multiple customer implementations concurrently.
* Experience working with enterprise customers and managing their expectations throughout the implementation process.
* Hands-on experience with IDPs (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Ping Identity, etc.).
* Knowledge of data storage solutions, data loading and ETL processes.
* Previous experience with SAAS products.
* Previous experience with programming languages (C# is a bonus).
