Since 1998, apprenticeships have been the building blocks of the Intelect workforce, and have continued to be for over 25 years as we have grown and progressed as a business. When it comes to apprenticeships, Intelect’s ethos has always been ‘train to retain’, and as such, we are now renowned for our award-winning program, gaining both local and national recognition and ranking 29th in the government’s Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers.

Starting rate for the first year of the apprenticeship will be £7.55 per hour; however, this will increase on a yearly basis in line with our apprentice pay structure – this will be discussed with candidates at the interview stage.
