As part oftheir continued investment for growth in the UK market, they arelooking to appoint a Business Administrator as part of theirfriendly and highly motivatedteam.
THEROLE
This is an exciting andbroad-based new position with a balance of product stock managementcontrol and customer account management administration tasks whichprovides an interesting variety of key business tasks andresponsibilities. These will include managing product stock levelsin line with sales forecasts and incoming newly manufactured stocksto ensure all customer orders are maximised and SAP and Arkaniasystems are accurately maintained.
Additionally,you will check all incoming customer payment receipts againstinvoices to ensure accurate reconciliation, system updates as wellas managing credit control and new accounts in line with agreedtrading terms and preparing aged debtor managementreports.
Key to their success is a small butdedicated collaborative team where this new role will also providecover for commercial administration activities including customerorder processing, resolving order/delivery queries, and managingany relevant complaints. The position is office based with anoptional one day per week home workingflexibility.

ABOUTYOU
Living within easyaccessibility to Norwich south you have a minimum of 2 yearsoffice-based business administration experience which may have beengained within either a customer service, stock management orfinance functional administrative role. Comfortable working withinternal IT led administration systems (Microsoft Office, Excel,SAP etc Training provided!) and processes, you have strongaccuracy, attention to detail and are experienced with generaloffice practices with poses strong communicationabilities.
You are an open friendly individualwho demonstrates a highly personable style, you are hardworking, ateam player and looking for a new challenge within a successfulbusiness that has a supportive and rewarding collaborativeculture.
