About the Role
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing compensation and benefits programs. Sitting within the Reward Team, you will support the execution of critical reward activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with business goals. From managing annual merit reviews to overseeing employee benefits and share schemes, your expertise will help drive a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for reward-related queries, providing expert guidance to HR, payroll, and other stakeholders.
* Support the end-to-end execution of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and flexible benefits enrolment.
* Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy in statutory reporting, survey submissions, and pension administration.
* Oversee employee recognition programs, service awards, and share scheme administration.
* Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analysis to provide insights into external trends and internal equity.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all reward-related processes.
* Manage invoicing related to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Reward systems and processes for a better employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in an HR or Reward-related role, ideally within a FTSE-listed or multinational organization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable insights.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HR databases like Workday.
* Knowledge of job evaluation frameworks such as Towers Watson or Hay is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage with internal stakeholders effectively.
