The Role: As the Office Manager with this firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the London office. This part-time position, requiring 2 to 3 days a week, offers a flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle while ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and client relationships.
Oversee and streamline office processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within an Architecture firm - essential.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and common office software.
