Job Summary
Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Cardiff (office based)
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Process customer orders accurately, verifying details, coordinating with relevant departments
3. Provide administrative support to the operations team
4. Invoicing clients when the works are complete
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
6. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and team members
7. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
8. Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers at all times
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a busy department
2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Ability to multitask effectively
4. Problem-solving mindset
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure
7. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
8. You must have the ability to invoice out work and deal with invoice queries.
