Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: In-Person
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year, plus commission

Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clients Peterborough branch and lead a team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive branch performance by developing and executing strategies that improve sales and profitability.
2. Use Salesforce to track sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and generate insightful reports for analysis.
3. Conduct performance reviews and coach your team to ensure they meet individual and team goals.
4. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a smooth workflow.
5. Foster strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to promote business growth.
6. Monitor branch performance and report on KPIs to upper management, providing actionable recommendations.
7. Motivate and lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a service environment.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.
3. Strong understanding of Sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. High level of organisation with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
