A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit several customer service specialists to support a key end client. This is a fully remote position, but you will need to complete a 2-week training course at the end client based in London (Stratford)
You will
Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
Escalating problems to the technical team or Supervisor
Updating customer information in the company database
Providing information about new and existing products and services
Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
Making sales and processing payments, when necessary
Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
