Role purpose:
· To contribute to Allwyn’s Social Value framework and how it is embedded across the business.
· Be an ambassador for Allwyn UK’s Social Value framework.
Role responsibilities:
· To support the team to track, measure, analyse and report on Social Value data, performance, and outcomes for upward (internal) reporting including for Allwyn Group, and for external disclosure such as the Annual Reporting, Pay Gap Reporting, and the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool, working closely with the Corporate Affairs assurance lead.
· To support the corporate communications team and wider department in ensuring high quality data is collected and evidenced for the Annual Report
· Act as the Social Value teams Data Champion, working closely with the Social Value team to obtain required input.
· Be the day-to-day lead on the production of Allwyn’s annual Modern Slavery Statement and Modern Slavery Policy, including the delivery of associated activities including training and communications, working closely with relevant teams across the business, including legal, procurement and retail.
· Oversee delivery of the Community Investment Programme. Ensuring effective administration of the programme, and relevant stakeholder engagement across Allwyn UK and with the programme partners.
· Confidently promote our Social Value framework and strategy, effectively communicate our achievements to both internal and external stakeholders, working closely across the Corporate Affairs department, and in particular with Corporate Affairs Social Value Leads.
· Support on the delivery of Social Value training programme.
· Lead on the annual update of the Social Value and Volunteering Health and Safety Policies and other relevant policies, processes and procedures for Social Value.
· Support the events team to integrate Social Value best practice into the way Allwyn events are prepared and delivered, as well as designing Social Value content to be used within internal and external events
· Support the coordination of the Social Value leads across the business to ensure our Social Value deliverables are being met.
· Be the day-to-day lead on the review of Social Value requirements and impact analysis, e.g. for game proposals, BRD’s, SPPP reviews and others as required, ensuring they adhere to Social Value best practice guidelines.
· Support the Social Value Programme Manager in integrating Social Value into the end-to-end procurement process for suppliers.
· Support the Social Value team on any ad hoc tasks, as agreed with the Social Value Programme Manager.
Required skills and experience:
· Knowledge of broad Social Value issues, context, and good practice.
· Experienced at presenting information and constructing clear reports.
· Involvement in meetings with senior management, internal teams, and key external stakeholders, including leading discussions.
· Ability to analyse data at a high level.
· Previous experience of managing and leading projects.
· Able to build and nurture strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally and enable a collaborative culture.
· Clear communicator to internal and external stakeholders, with good written and spoken English, being able to build and nurture strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to accept challenges, with good time management and organisation skills.
· Confident using all Microsoft applications.
