Fully subscribed for this academic year, the school is seeking a fun, friendly, and dedicated trainee teacher to support students aged 5 to 19 with complex needs, including Autism, Asperger's, and associated learning difficulties.
As a Trainee SEN Teacher, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and support, initially on a 1:1 basis, helping students progress academically, socially, and emotionally. This two-year training programme will provide you with the skills and experience to qualify as an SEN teacher.

- Team Teach training provided by the school

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- A desire to support SEN learners on a 1:1 basis
- As a trainee Class Teacher, your role will be to provide high quality teaching and support on a 1:1 basis that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically, but socially and emotionally.
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
