Duties
1. Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow in both front-of-house and kitchen environments.
2. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere while promoting professional development.
3. Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations within the kitchen.
4. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
6. Support bartending operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
7. Assist in financial management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as required.
8. Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the establishment and enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary operations is highly desirable.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
4. Experience in bartending or managing bar operations would be advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
