Our client, who is an award-winning energy consultancy, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 8 Telesales Consultants. This role involves driving team performance by motivating, coaching, and supporting each member to excel in an outbound B2B telesales environment. Key responsibilities:
* Inspire and motivate the team, using your expertise to help them achieve their full potential.
* Ensure the day is structured efficiently with a focus on meeting daily sales targets
* Provide hands-on support to the agents by identifying trends in their performance
Oversee the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
Work with Quality Control and L&D to schedule coaching and training sessions.
Ensure that the team are maximising call time and achieving their KPIs and sales targets.
Oversee performance management, conduct 1:1 meeting, provide coaching and mentoring
* Drive engagement and promote sales incentives for the team
* Achieve the financial goals of the business and maintain high standards of customer care
* Provide quality data and reporting to enhance key sales insights and drive results
Skills and experience required:
* Previous Management experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the energy sector.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead a dynamic sales team
* Skilled at transforming data and information into insights that inform decision-making
* A strong influencer and leader who listens to understand coach and advise the team
* Ability to build collaborative working relationships with your team and colleagues
* Commercially focused and capable of making quick decisions using knowledge and judgment.

Salary: £40k -£45K DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60K -65K)
