Chichester Cars Ltd is a family owned and highly regarded bodyshop business who repair vehicles for the Insurance Industry and for private clients. Due to the expansion of the business we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our talented team.
The Role will involve but is not limited to
* Contacting customers and agreeing book in dates for their vehicle repair, keeping customers
* updated throughout the repair process and advising customers once the vehicle repairs are complete.
* Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries in a timely manner.
* Meet and greet customers at reception, giving a warm, polite, and friendly greeting.
* Checking customers vehicles in and out along with arrangements for courtesy car provision where applicable.
* Entering detail and keeping the bodyshop management systems up to date.
* Assisting with parts administration.

* Administration duties and responsibilities associated with a busy repair centre.
* Assisting the team to meet service level agreements to maintain and enhance insurer relationships.
* Contribute to the site performance to meet and exceed targets.
* Monday to Friday working with Saturday morning on a rota basis.
Experience/Knowledge
* Previous experience in a bodyshop or service department essential.
* Basic vehicle parts knowledge helpful
