What You'll Do As an Applications Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing product portfolios and supporting customers worldwide. You'll be the go-to expert for specific product lines, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. Here's a glimpse of what your role will involve: Providing exceptional technical support and expertise for an innovative product portfolio. Keeping product data accurate, relevant, and up to date to ensure functionality and customer satisfaction. Driving product improvements and managing products throughout their lifecycle. Creating marketing, sales, and support materials that wow customers. Representing the company at global exhibitions, workshops, and trade shows—delivering technical presentations and building strong customer relationships. Offering engaging product training and guidance to clients and internal teams, both online and in person. Analysing data to provide valuable insights to product, engineering, and project teams. Occasional travelling internationally to support distributors and customers What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-focused mindset. Ideally, you'll have: A HND, degree, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline. Experience in product lifecycle management or first/second-line product support (preferred, but not essential). A background in test and measurement devices (a bonus, but not required). A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. What's in It for You?
