Equipment Supply Administrator 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Maternity Cover Role (With potential to extend to a permanent role for the right candidate) Office based. Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for an Equipment Supply Administrator initially for maternity cover. Your role will be varied to include specifying new equipment, co-ordinating equipment deliveries, managing orders and projects, collaborating and problem solving across teams and with suppliers. As a confident communicator with a high level of professionalism you will be able to build natural rapport with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You will be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities: Specify equipment - you’ll be trained on how to specify equipment for clients based on their needs. Client contact - you will be a key point of contact for our clients on equipment supply and movements and will ensure clear communication and delivery within timelines. Deliveries - you will co-ordinate the delivery of equipment, orders, and projects across all clients. Teamwork - you will collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders. Problem solving - you will focus on solutions and pre-empting potential issues, resolving challenges will part of your day to day. Goals - you will be delivering on your own day to day tasks as well as focusing on team responsibilities. Meetings - you will play an active part in daily team meetings. Your Skills and Qualifications Experienced in an administration role. An ability to learn quickly and retain information. Good attention to detail. Can demonstrate previous problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Office 365, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. A willingness to work as part of a small team. A flexible approach to the role and a willingness to take on new tasks as the business grows.
