As the Pensions Lead you will be joining a fantastic, supportive team, you will also lead and develop your own direct reports. Your key responsibility will be to manage the company’s pension risks and costs while ensuring a best-in-class approach to pension governance.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Managing multiple pension schemes (both DB & DC) with 4,500+ members.
Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on pension risks, governance, and funding.
Ensuring full compliance with legislation, industry regulations, and company policies.
Leading a specialist pensions team, overseeing complex pension projects and audits.
Engaging with trade unions, actuaries, pension providers, and finance teams to drive pension excellence.
