What You’ll Be Doing:
* Oversee all aspects of payroll processing twice monthly
* Accurately manage new hire onboarding, terminations, and employee time reconciliations
* Address employee inquiries regarding pay, time entries, and account setups
* Maintain and update sick and vacation time in the payroll system for accuracy
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* 3-5 years experience in full-cycle payroll processing for mid-sized teams (200+ employees)
* Proficiency with an enterprise-level payroll software (Paychex, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)
* Ability to work with a personable, professional demeanor
* Professional services (law firm, architectural firm, etc.) experience is preferred
