We are recruiting Senior Pro Bono Executive to provide senior level support to the Responsible Business Manager, Pro Bono Lawyer and wider Responsible Business Team to support the delivery and implementation of the Pro Bono strategy and the firm-wide ESG plans. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Lead the global implementation of the firm's pro bono strategy to increase engagement with pro bono opportunities by fee earners and business operations staff across the firm's office locations. Assess new matters against the global pro bono policy, Monitor and discuss risk levels and conflicts on all pro bono matters, working with the pro bono partner and GCO as necessary. Responsible for pro bono file management including opening new matters, tracking and maintaining key client and matter information, developing new pro bono projects, and serve as first point of contact for fee earner queries. Support the production of pro bono data across the firm, tracking progress towards KPIs and identifying focus areas and potential growth opportunities. Support practice group, team and office pro bono leads to meet pro bono ESG objectives, including tracking progress at group, team, and office level and providing regular updates. Liaise with relevant external pro bono organisations and networks to track progress, identify and develop new opportunities for pro bono work and implement new partnerships. Manage relationships with pro bono partner organisations. Work with fee earners to develop opportunities for collaboration with client legal teams on pro bono matters. Negotiate and manage agreements with third party partners and projects with a view to maximising ROI Representing the Responsible Business Team at internal and external meetings, conferences and events as required.
