Working as part of Channel Management support team ensuring Channel Partners can access Malvern Panalytical systems data via the Channel partner portal Main purpose of role is to manage Channel Partner access to and appropriate licensing for the portal. Track & develop metrics on Portal usage, lead to opportunity tracking and order placement. Generate reports and carry out analysis on individual Channel Partner performance for Channel Partner Managers in order to support sales and growth targets. What you will bring to the role: Monthly review of Channel Partner Salesforce Partner & community Licences - manage usage, cost and allocate licenses in line with business need ( in consultation with Channel Partner Managers ) Monthly review of Channel Partner user activity - develop metrics for measuring "good " - and advise Channel Partners Managers of those top and bottom performing Channel Partners. KPIs are sales leads & qualification, opportunity generation, sales forecasts, systems and spares orders and RFAs Awareness of internal activity of Channel Partner Managers Create, edit and remove users Reset passwords Grant permissions Set custom links Delegate user administration tasks to other users ( holiday cover ) Management and reporting of demonstration stock availability, co-ordindate with production or service for systems upkeep, in order to maintain fleet of system and maximise availability. Provide general support to Commercial Management team (distributor manager, sales specialist) Skills & Experience High attention to detail Flexibility and speed of response Experience with Sales Force is advantageous Administrative, organisational skills, managing hundreds of user licenses and access to systems.
