You will be based in a plush office and showroom setting, in a role that focuses on welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression, involving answering internal phone calls and ensuring a welcoming environment. The role will involve managing the diary of meeting rooms, ensuring that the layout and style of the room, meets the purpose of the meeting, in terms of set up, layout, equipment required and numbers of attendees. You will be responsible for providing and serving refreshments. Here's a more detailed breakdown of what the role will involve: Key Responsibilities: Welcoming Visitors: Providing a warm and friendly greeting to visitors that have pre-booked appointments and meetings in the business. Answering Phones: Answering internal phone calls professionally and efficiently. Maintaining a Clean and Organised Showroom and Meeting Area: This is in addition to the office cleaners. Mainly removing cups and glasses, clearing away buffets, ensuring that the flowers are replaced. Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks for the wider team. Notifying Staff: Promptly notifying the appropriate staff members about the arrival of visitors. Maintaining Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service skills. Providing a positive first impression: Creating a memorable and welcoming experience for visitors.
