About The Role You must be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record delivering outstanding results coupled with delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a driven individual working towards the achievement of KPIs with the ambition and desire to push the department forward. As a proactive member of the Management team you will be required to run an efficient operation Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by the Brand Motivating and developing staffto perform to the best of their ability Develop and agree sales plans and budgets for both new cars, used cars ,accessories and value added products. Build and maintain the relationship between Sales and After Sales ensuring the customer experience is maximised and that repeat business opportunities are not missed. Play a key role in ensuring adherence to Brand Standard Audit requirements. Build the team to include to maximise all income opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ensure the department complies fully with FCA guidelines and regulations.
