Responsibilities
1. Fully accountable for the control of all financial and commercial aspects of the contract.
2. Drive high quality financial performance to influence P&L result and maintaining profit margins.
3. Ensure the O1 and S1 are accurate, undertaking periodic reviews.
4. Ensure opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
5. Forecasting the maintenance, extra works, and project financial annual projection.
6. Build and develop relationships with key business and account stakeholders.
7. Deliver monthly/quarterly review meetings with key client stakeholders.
8. Deliver monthly internal contract review meetings.
9. Seek competitive quotations and better buying.
10. Act as an escalation for all issues.
11. Embed a strong on-site QHSE culture, following all necessary reporting processes.
12. Actively identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to exceed the client's expectations.
13. Sub-contractor management, including review meetings, ensure safe working practises are adhered to.
People Management
1. Daily management of direct (operations manager, lead contract support, contract support and soft services manager) and in-direct reports, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
2. Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
3. Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented.
4. Staff retention, keep them motivated, deliver employee engagement surveys and promote regular review meetings.
Selection Criteria
1. Strong M&E knowledge and an understanding of operating in a critical environment is essential.
2. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities. Good communication etiquette.
3. Strong organisational abilities ensuring all documentation is stored and auditable.
4. Experience in leading a team.
5. Experience of managing escalation and business critical issues.
6. Experience in vendor management, ability to manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced support and projects.
7. Familiarity with audit processes and documentation.
8. Obtain full Security Clearance.
