We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Lifestyle Concierge Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions for our clients’ diverse needs. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
* Client Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
* Reservations & Bookings: Arrange and confirm restaurant reservations, travel plans, tickets for events, and other lifestyle services as required.
* Partner Liaison: Build and maintain excellent relationships with our trusted partners and suppliers to secure the best results for clients.
* Problem Solving: Think creatively and proactively to find practical solutions to client challenges, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Task Management: Handle a variety of lifestyle requests, such as sourcing gifts, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and organising events.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback.
* Communication: Deliver clear, professional communication at all times, both internally and externally.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
