Job Description
The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coaching team members, monitoring their progress, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, as well as the capability to effectively address workplace challenges.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
* Ensure that reservations are dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner.
* Be fully conversant with OnQ PM, OnQ R&I, and Delphi systems.
* Be fully aware of all types of bedrooms, their facilities, and locations.
* Work in accordance with the rooms strategy and top-line actions.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel.
* Ensure known repeat guests, priority members, and other VIPs receive special attention.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language.
* Must have a hands-on approach for this position.
* Ability to train employees when needed.
* An understanding of OTA extranet platforms.
* Proven ability in a similar role; knowledge of OnQ PM and OnQ R&I would be advantageous.
