We are currently supporting an ambitious law firm dedicated to delivering a range of commercial services to clients from the individual entrepreneur and small family business to some of the UK's most successful companies and well-known brands.
A new and exciting role has arisen within the team for an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in running the operational side of the team, ensuring the effective management of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of employment law, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
What will be involved
Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including adverts, liaison with agencies and negotiation of fees, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
Assist with the development of our onboarding process and induction of new employees into the firm.
Assist the HR Manager in the management of the Trainee Solicitor and Apprentice recruitment and training programmes, including attendance at careers fairs.
Employee Relations
Provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to Partners, managers and staff in all aspects of HR.
Take an active role in staff engagement, wellbeing and promotion of the Rewards platform.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
