Pertemps are recruiting for a dynamic and proactive Administrator to join our clients busy team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a large global logistics company's operations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional delivery. This is a full time, permanent position.
Administrator Duties:
Liase with customers and suppliers daily, via telephone and email
Preparing pick instructions for the warehouse
Produce KPI reports for the client
Data entry for inbound and outbound goods
Preparing legal documents for shipment
Administrator Requirements:
Strong administration experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Able to manage data
Good organisational, communication skills and a strong attention to detail
Experience within customs, or strong customs knowledge is highly advantageous
Administrator Package:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary up to £25,000
