About the Role
Network Performance Coordinator
Working hours: Full time 36 hours per week (flexible working arrangements considered)
Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Service Planning Team as a Network Performance Coordinator working with your colleagues to deliver performance improvements across several of our regulatory commitments.
Currently, there are Coordinators in place for Supply Interruptions, Leakage, and Water Quality contacts. These roles have an excellent track record at improving performance and raising awareness of challenges and opportunities.
The Performance Coordinator role balances technical investigations and knowledge with communication and engagement skills.
We now have opportunities for you to join the team and help us continue to drive performance across a wider range of commitments including water treatment works outages, water quality, and compliance.
About You
If you are data and solution focused, continually looking to improve processes and want to make a difference in the water industry, we want to hear from you.
You will play a central role in developing actionable insights which help drive our performance. You will need to be a strong communicator as successful delivery can only be achieved through effective liaison and coordination with several key external, operational, and support departments.
As the post holder, you will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of our regulatory environment, and an understanding of water treatment processes and water distribution systems.
The ability to work in a methodical and systematic approach to tight deadlines for all stakeholders with the aim of getting things right first time, every time, is essential. You will also need to be able to travel, and therefore a full UK driving licence is an essential requirement of this role.
You will use your experience in a technical discipline, such as mathematics or science, to understand and develop better ways of working toward regulatory targets. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders to communicate your findings whilst positively challenging.
Interviews
Interviews will take place online on the week beginning Monday 7th October 2024.
