Site Manager - South Midlands
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage projects in the South Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, innovative team working on a range of residential developments in a thriving region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
* Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and project progression.
* Monitor site progress, manage resources effectively, and maintain quality control procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or related sectors.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
* A valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive salary between 60,000 - 70,000 per annum.
* 20% performance-related bonus.
