RFL Property Services (RFLPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking proactive, highly motivated, organised, and capable Operatives for their Distribution Centre based in Enfield.
We have a position available on the following shift pattern:
1. Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
2. Week 2: 08:00 to 16:00
3. Week 3: 19:00 to 08:00
The shift pattern and days of working may change due to the needs of the business, but you will be given 4 weeks' notice of the change. Further explanation will be given at interview.
You will receive an enhancement in pay for working unsociable hours and weekends.

The post holder will ensure completion of the day-to-day operational tasks of the Distribution Centre, meeting KPIs and targets set. The post holder will be expected to develop working relationships, attend regular training, and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Reporting to a warehouse team leader, the post holder will be key in the daily success of the Distribution Centre, ensuring that the centre provides an efficient service to all stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
1. Ensure all Distribution Centre tasks are carried out to a high standard while following health and safety guidance and operational processes.
2. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the smooth running of all internal functions and completion of tasks set.
3. Operation of MHE in a safe and efficient manner ensuring all relevant checks and training is completed and kept up to date.
4. Responsible for receiving, checking, loading, and unloading deliveries while ensuring the smooth transit, storage, and picking of goods and products accurately and efficiently.
5. To complete checks, audits, and inventory counts as and when required.

Education & professional Qualifications
* GCSE standard of literacy to read instructions or reference material
* NHS experience
* Ability to understand instructions and/or follow task lists
* IT Literate
* Counterbalance forklift license

Experience
* Previous experience in distribution and ISO9000 procedures
* Experience of warehouse or supply chain environment NHS experience
