Bid Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity within our Bid Team for a Bid Coordinator. Working within a small team, you will manage individual tenders and proposals across the phs group. This post is a one-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Role and Responsibilities: Lead on individual bids, working with stakeholders to produce a high-quality submission. Run kick-off meetings, evaluate specifications, organise the sign off and delivery of the completed proposal within specified timescales. Develop persuasive bid content to meet the customer’s needs. Quality assurance of your own work Collaborate with relevant colleagues/managers and wider commercial teams to generate value added content. Either lead or support colleagues with business improvement projects designed to improve the quality of our submissions. Contribute to the knowledge library and undertake periodic reviews to ensure all content is up to date and applicable. Adhere to phs bidding processes. Candidate Requirements: Strong writing skills - essential Strong organisational skills, work well under pressure and flexible – essential Exceptional written, oral, commercial and presentation skills – essential Ability to manage multiple work streams and to think clearly under pressure - essential Enjoys working as part of a close, busy and supportive team – essential Prior tender/proposals experience - desirable APMP Foundation status- desirable InDesign experience - desirable.
